Due to the method that the CKUA Radio Network streams its internet feed, Apple OS X users need to perform the following steps in order to listen to us:

NOTE: Please use the version of Flip4Mac linked here and NOT the latest version
from their web site. The latest version of Flip4Mac has introduced new problems
and we are currently working with them to resolve these problems.
2. After several moments, your download will begin.
3. The Flip4Mac WMV Installer will start automatically. Click on continue.
4. Read the Important Information and click on Continue.
5. Read the Software Agreement and click on Continue.
6. Click on Agree to confirm that you agree to the software agreement.
7. Select the drive that you want to install to and click Continue.
8. The software is ready to install. Click on Install if this is a new installation or Upgrade if you are upgrading.
9. You will be asked for your login name and password to authenticate the install. Enter the appropriate information and click OK.
10. The Flip4Mac WMV Installer will begin installing the application. The installer will close when completed.
11. Click on Apple, System Preferences...
12. Click on Flip4Mac WMV.
13. Click on the Player tab.
14. Ensure that Create streaming movies is checked. This is required for Flip4Mac to work correctly with our streaming audio. Close System Preferences.
15. Open Safari. Go to http://www.ckua.com. Click on the Live On Air icon.
16. The streaming audio will begin loading. To start the stream, click on the play icon on the bottom-left.
17. The streaming audio will indicate Buffering... After several moments, you will hear the introduction, followed by our live audio.
If you continue to have problems connecting, try the following steps:
1.
Close all instances of Safari.
2. Click on Apple, System Preferences...
3. Click on Flip4Mac WMV.
4. Click on the Player tab.
5. Click on the Reclaim button.
6. Close the window.
7. Try listening online again.
