I
am an Ongoing Subscriber. Is my name entered in the Campaign prize
draws?
Absolutely.
We automatically enter all current ongoing subscribers into both
Spring and Fall Campaign prize draws.
I
think I am an Ongoing Subscriber…do I need to renew my support?
Once you
have become an ongoing subscriber there in no need to renew. Your
ongoing donation will continue from year to year unless you call
and notify us otherwise. If you can't recall whether you are on
ongoing supporter, please call our Donor Relations Office at 1-800-494-2582,
and we will confirm your donor status.
What
percentage of your revenues comes from donations?
59% of a $4.543 million annual operating budget comes from devoted
donors. We receive no direct funding from the government.The rest
comes from our generous corporate sponsors. CKUA simply could
not survive without the community's dedication.
How
do I change my address?

Will
I receive an Income Tax Receipt for my donation?
Tax receipts
are issued in early February for both Spring and Fall campaign
donors. If your have moved since your donation was made, please
update your address through our address
update form.
I
have lost my Income Tax Receipt, what should I do?
Please email donors@ckua.com
or contact the Donor Relations Office at 780-428-2015.
Does
CKUA have a Newsletter?
Yes, we have
an electronic newsletter that keeps more then 12,000 CKUA supporters
in the loop with program updates and insightful information. If

Will
my employer match my donation?
You may be able to double your gift to CKUA! Many companies in
Canada and the United States will match their employees' charitable
contributions dollar for dollar! In many cases, companies will
also match gifts to CKUA made by spouses, retirees, widows, widowers
and non-employee Directors. Your gift to CKUA is important, and
we encourage you to consider maximizing your gift through your
employer's matching gift program. Click

If your company is not on the above list, please contact your
Human Resources Department to inquire if they have a matching
gift program. If you discover that your company will match your
gift to CKUA, please let us know so we may update our information:

Matching
gift policies vary from one company to the next, but the first
step is to contact your Human Resources office - they can confirm
if your employer is a matching gift company and will provide you
with the forms and information necessary to complete the match.
