President’s Report

Iinclude such things as:

Number of meetings held, monies raised for the station

List 5-10 major accomplishments in the past year: eg. involvement in fund raisers, special events such as Highland Games, Live Broadcast, booth at Peter Pond Mall, attending the Workshop in Edmonton, etc

Issues or Challenges that you had to overcome

Acquisitions (tent, banners,etc.)

Closing Remarks… setting goals, promote the station, encourage the development of the Chapter

This report should not be any longer than one page.

Treasurer’s Report

The treasurer needs to have a report with the following information:

The CKUA Chapter Year Ending (put in the year)_______

Balance on hand as of November 2001 is ____________

Accounting of Receipts

Account of Disbursements

The treasurer should prepare a financial statement for the meeting.

Special Events Coordinator Report (brief outline of the events the Chapter has been involved in - doesn’t have to be fundraising)

Volunteer Coordinator
(number of volunteer hours in the past year, new people recruited, types of events volunteers were engaged in, etc.)
